    I'd go with their offer. Is it really worth the hassle to do otherwise, for the sake of £33?

    One thing to think on (not based on your rights)
    Are you planning on using this hairdresser again?

    I know from the hairdresser the Mrs use. They have been blighted by people cancelling since the lockdown ended. They have hardly filled any of these as people that want appointments tend to be at work and simply can not give such short notice for getting their hair done.
