The prizes in the promotional campaign are two: one iPhone 12 Pro Max + 2TB pCloud Lifetime plan, and one MacBook Pro 16 + pCloud Lifetime plan

The end date is a bit confusing - T&Cs say that the draw will be done on 01/12, but the countdown timer is for Friday 20/11.
(or maybe my counting went wrong as it's Game Over on 19/11 !)

It's possible that there may be further steps to enter after 20/11.

It isn't unusual for prize draws to take place several days after the closing date of the competition --- However, from the T&Cs
4. For participants to enter the draw, they must have subscribed through the campaign’s landing page https://page.pcloud.com/bf-giveaway by providing their email address or telephone number (U.S. only).

Whether that means that the comp is only available in the USA or if the sign up by phone is only for US entrants is not clear.

From the way it's worded I think it means you can sign up via phone number only from the US. The date in the T&Cs is written in the British way (1st December 2020 rather than December 1st 2020) which I doubt it would be if it was an American-only competition. (Though that's just guesswork on my part!)
