Active (but cancelled) accounts on Clear Score

Hi
This is a dumb question really...
So I was having a look at my Clear Score account and looking at all my active accounts. A couple months ago I cancelled my BT Sports and Virgin Media accounts, paid them all off, in good standing order and no longer have either service nor pay or anything. Do these being shown as 'active' do anything to my credit score? I would assume not, but was wondering if I should call to fully close the account instead?
Thanks!

I wouldn't worry too much about them, but if you're bored then you could hassle them to report that the account is closed.0

Oh, and the "score" is meaningless.0
