Can you help my friends write a letter?

Is there anyone out there who is good at letter writing? Can you help my friend write a letter to her lodger who she needs moving on?
Her and her husband own a house, they have a tiny guest house at the side, which actually belongs to the house. They can get into it via inside their house if you know what I mean. What I mean is that the guest house is not separate from their main home.
Some weeks ago they let a friend move in, he was single at the time and told my friend that he had no intention of romance. Anyway two weeks ago he met someone and has her to stay a lot (he never asked) and at night around 1-2pm my friend and her husband can hear them having sex, it is so clear and loud and sometimes they cannot sleep. Also their young grandchild stays over often and my friend doesn't want her grandchild to hear it because her room is basically next door.
There was no contract written out because it was just them doing this man a favour because he had nowhere to stay.
They have asked him to leave several times but he doesn't seem to take notice. They just want him gone now because to them he's taking the micky.
Can you tell me how they can write to him politely that they want their guest house back?

I don't know how you write politely to a friend who is quite clearly taking the mickey
Dear x,
You are aware, and I am extremely sorry, that you have outstayed your welcome in our home. I respectfully ask that you vacate the premises within 7 days. After this point we will be changing the locks and any belongings remaining will have to be collected from the front doorstep or we can dispose of them accordingly.
Merry ChristmasEverything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Face to face will do it. Just give him a firm date, and demand the key back. Change the locks if necessary. I'm assuming this friendship is over by now.0
