AO pathetic service broken part sent

I bought few home appliance from AO.com and when fridge freezer was delivered one of the side compartment was broken and I complain straightaway and they promise to send me part within few days but it’s been nearly 3 months I’m chasing them and all they say waiting for the parts from Italy.

I’m diabetic and need space to put my insulin and other medicine in it but I don’t know what what do despite their assurance didn’t get the part which was delivered broken. They refund me a good gesture £25 but that is not the solution.
Wondering what consumer right I have and whom should I contact because they don’t seems to be interested in it.

If they are failing to repair or replace you could reject the fridge freezer.

In current times waiting on spare parts from abroad is something that could happen (not that it should affect you).

Have you tried calling the manufacture (likely to be a line for spare parts) to see if they have the part in stock and if so suggesting to AO that they either order it from them to be sent to you or they allow you to order it yourself and then refund the cost?
