Number 33 reporting in for May.
My worst month of the year, only £137.
The biggest reduction by far is selling on eBay, it seems people have stopped buying the tat I sold throughout lockdown.
I have however got over halfway through the yearly target, with a month to spare.
I’ve also been able to pay a huge car repair bill without touching my pay.
Figures, rounded to nearest pound:
Selling stuff £31 (Year To Date £442)
Bank rewards £21 (YTD £111)
Surveys £56 (YTD £271)
Receipt scanning £7 (YTD £74)
Miscellaneous £21 (YTD £142)
Total £137, YTD £1,041.650 -
#42 reporting for May as follows:
- Profits from bets: £65.25
- Dividends: £40.96
- Bank cashback/interest: £2.54
My lowest monthly total so far, but I'm still ok with that as I surpassed the yearly target in March. Dividends are down from last month, but I don't have too many holdings that pay out in May so that should go up for June. I've got a bill to move to my Santander 123 Lite account, so that should hopefully help the cashback, and then when my Regular Saver and 1 Year Fix mature in early September I'll be moving those funds to my main savings account.
