Qell bought fifa 21 from cd keys on 14th October got code couldn't redeem cdkeys basically blame me saying haa been redeemed opened a PayPal dispute PayPal sided with cd keys turns out dispute was opened wrong wrong then they open it as not as described and they have sided with cd keys and claim denied so opened a dispute now with starling and will call PayPal later so much for buyer protection

The thing is if there saying it has already been redeemed then clearly someone has used the key code. In their eyes they have seen it’s been used.1

True thats the problem i javnt but have no way to like prove that but they could check to see when the key got redeemed to when I purchased maybe to see as I don't know when it got redeemed0

Ye true yahoo and camlot at the time I didnt no they were as people call it a grey market as they say if no refund lesson learnt0

At least you didn't use G2A. A lot of keys are bought using stolen cards which causes problems for indy studios, so much that they said it's better to pirate games than use that site.1

True spank I had heard of them ages ago but looked more into it I didnt know cdkeys was like a grey market UPDATE spoke to PayPal again said they can't do nothing and to take it up with the bank as PayPal had closed 2 dispute goes to show cant really trust any organisation and so much for PayPal buyer protection0

Why didn't you just buy from Amazon or Game etc? Surely £53.99 is a retail price anyway?1
