Hi. We are just about to move into our new home on The Bridles. Persimmon build development by the racecourse. Our house is a Roseberry. We've had some ups & downs with the process all the fault of our buyers. I can only praise Susan at the bridles along with Sarah. They have been great. Anyone else here on the bridles, especially in a Roseberry. What do you thonk of the house

Sorry to be cynical, but praise for the sales people and builders would be more meaningful *after* you have moved in for a while. That is when you will know what the build quality is like and how much BS the sales team have fed you.3

Wait till you see the faults in the build.0

Why not just knock on the new neighbours doors and introduce yourself IRL...?2

What do you think, three months before they are back complaining about the quality/ snags not fixed etc etc?anselld said:Sorry to be cynical, but praise for the sales people and builders would be more meaningful *after* you have moved in for a while. I had to look up where you were! Interestingly that house type is being built on a persimmon site near me in Somerset. Very nice. I live on a persimmon/Charles church estate which is still being built, I’ve been here 10 years. I’m very happy and yes there was plenty of snagging but we had a great site manager who was very attentive and didn’t mind my massive and through list. He methodically worked through it all within a few weeks. You need to be very proactive about snagging and I pestered and nagged until I was happy.1

Don't forget to send thanks to the board at Persimmon who picked up over £100 million pounds in payouts when the shares hit a certain level all due to Help To Buy 👍0
