Barclays account under review

I was told on Thursday that my account was being put under review and they wouldn’t tell me why, has anyone had this recently happen to them with Barclays? I know a few people did from previous posts. I don’t know if I should withdraw my money from inside the branch and open a new account or to sit tight and see what happens. As you can imagine it’s a very stressful time right now anyway and hasn’t helped my anxiety at all

Did you receive a letter?

If under review it might be a waste of time going into branch - they might not be able to process a withdrawal.
Any 'strange' transactions at all on your account recently, or have you 'lent' your account to a 'friend' who may have made you a money mule?

Hi ya, no I never received any letters and then only people that I have received money from are my family and my partner

I think after 3 months it's fair to say OP has decided not to update us...
