The email link to enter my account doesn't work so I can't see my account, and the indoor monitor also doesn't work.
I have contacted Pure Planet several times this week and they respond by asking me to describe the problem, which I have done several times on Facebook messenger. The only means of contact is through Facebook.
Their customer service is virtually non-existent so I'm considering switching back to OVO. If I do that will I incur a penalty payment?
Advice please. I am 80 years old and can do without the stress.
