Is this PPC in breach of GDPA?

I have won 3 cases for breach of GDPR / one DVLA, and the others British Gas and Morgan Stanley - I have another pending.  I use money claim online and ask for £300 with a £25 fee (another fee payable if it goes to court).

There is no automatic right of compensation (see Art. 82 GDPR).  You have to prove material or non material loss.  

OP - I would send another letter/email saying despite the evidence you have provided you are being harassed and it is causing distress at home.  Ask them politely to stop.  If you get another demand, write a letter before action.  Under GDPR there is a duty on the data holder to keep information up to date and to take action when a potential breach is raised.

You can complain to the ICO but it is a painfully slow process and in my case despite the overwhelming evidence they only found a breach in the less serious storage of data - rather than the blatant breach of the landowner’s agreement (and I had proof from landowner that he would not have employed parking operator had he known).  I am now going through their complaints process (before I sue).
