Good Savings account

I'm looking for a new savings account to switch from Santander. I put in £1000 monthly but I don't have any direct debits. This is literally just an account to put some.of my salary in which I then transfer to an ISA once I get a decent amount. I do sometimes take money out of this account if I go into overdraft on my NatWest Current account. Any ideas what I can substitute for my Santander?
