I had a zip experience with Zipworld in Wales for between Christmas and New Year. They have taken the decision to close until February but are only offering vouchers. I have asked for a refund and they are unwilling to give me this. I just wondered if anyone had come across this before, and also if you had any advice as to how I go about getting a refund. If they hadn’t cancelled, as per their terms and conditions I could have cancelled and got a full refund up to 7 days before. So it seems unfair that I now can’t get my money back.

How did you pay?0

Can you refuse the voucher, but accept to book a difference fixed date in February? Then cancel that more than 7 days before for a full refund as per the Ts&Cs?0

I paid via Credit Card, and I thought of that option but they are being very evasive as to whether the original ts and cs would apply to that booking.0
