My defence is ready to go, after working out how to paste my signature into it! Before I save as a PDF for emailing, is there a particular font/size that I should be using? I'm sure I've seen a post to this effect, but now I can't find it so not sure if I've imagined it.0

Bargepole wrote the details on here several years ago in the linked thread in the newbies FAQ sticky thread , so that is probably where you read it3

Thanks all. I knew I'd seen it somewhere, I just couldn't find it when I needed it. Now to convert to PDF and off it goes!0

I've now received confirmation that the claimant wishes to proceed and a copy of their DQ and according to MCOL, mine is on it's way. I've read the instructions on completing this and the only part I'm unsure on is D1 Hearing Venue; the claimant's just states 'Claimant's home court', but I assume I need to fill in an actual venue. I've used the Court Finder on gov.uk and depending on how I search, I get different local locations.
If I search by postcode, I get one in my town which according to the list deals with Money Claims (it is listed as a Magistrate's Court, but has a County Court number), but if I search by Area Of Law, then Money Claim, then postcode, I get two courts that are slightly further away. How do I decide which to choose?0 -
Pick the one that says it deals with your claim...2

So, I've now been allocated my local court (I called the CCBC and the lady I spoke to informed me that you can leave the question on venue blank as it will be automatically assigned as I am the defendant); I've not got a date yet, but I thought I may as well get on with the witness statement, so I don't rush it later on.
Question: from what I understand, if a sign states that parking is permitted for vehicles displaying a valid ticket, then no contract is made with anyone parking without a ticket (i.e. forbidding signage). If this is the case, then can I still use PCM Vs Bull if I am claiming a fluttering ticket, or will I somehow be contradicting myself?
