    Exactly the same with me ! Have had a part refund for the up sell but still waiting to hear re £ 198 !  virgin money wouldn’t stop the transaction but are now investigating.

    Don’t feel bad. We’ve all been there. Facebook have a lot to answer for these scams but st least credit card should offer protection. Good luck with you claim
