Is it just me or do you think if people spent half the time they did making excuses as they could in working towards a solution then they wouldn’t have a problem anymore.
Too many “woe is me” social media drama queens striving for attention (and thriving on it)

One of my old managers would have thrown you out of his office if you came to him with just problems.
What we first had to do was come up with at least 2 possible solutions and then explain to him the problem and proposed solutions, he might even come up with additional solutions ... but at the end of the day he would always provide the required direction. A pleasure to work for.
For those that only have problems then my standard answer 'U OK Hun'.I don't care about your first world problems; I have enough of my own!2
