Hi I am looking for some guidance regarding a credit voucher for Destination 2. I received this for a trip that was cancelled in March 2020 but was told it had to be used by 31st Dec 2020 for a new booking. We have been watching the news re COVID and have put off booking as we have been in a high tier in Scotland but decided we need to do it now or lose £1515. Tried calling today to book accommodation for Dubai next year but Destination2 have now closed their phone lines due to the new lockdown measures from the government on Saturday 19/12. I can’t book online with the voucher can anyone suggest an email address for Destination2 or another way of resolving this do I don’t lose my money? Thanks0

They seem to spend more time replying to poor reviews on trust pilot than they do to emails so perhaps try leaving a negative review. They will soon get back to you0
