    Judging by the middle photo, there is a hint of a DPC in line with the concrete drive. The grass appears to be hiding it the rest of the way. Time to get digging and install a french drain and check the levels around the rest of the house.

    No it's just confusing to the op whether the answers people give are for their problem or yours , this is why it's bad manners to hijack someone else's thread , you should always start your own

    you are trying to get out of debt yet you are taking the word of a company that wants to relieve you of a monkey, leave it your house isn't gonna sink, you could put a 90° bend on the bottom to direct it away from your brickwork

  • Thanks for the replies. I didn't want to spend money, when i'm in debt but that's why I came for a bit of advice. I live on my own and isolating due to covid, so it's good to get access to people with the relevant knowledge. So I appreciate peoples comments. Thanks
