I received a travel voucher from easyJet to compensate for a cancelled flight. We have no intention on flying anywhere in the near future so the voucher will go to waste. Does anyone know if I can give these ?

If the Flight was cancelled by them why didn't you request a cash refund ?Birdman2015 said:I received a travel voucher from easyJet to compensate for a cancelled flight. Why are you so certain you can’t use them? What is expiry date? You could treat yourself to a shorter distance holiday at a later date when things improve (fingers crossed). I wouldn’t write them off just yet.0

Cash refunds weren’t available at the time the flight was cancelled.Butts said:

They are valid up to June 2021 so can be used on any flight that is available to book at that time.Tedber said:Why are you so certain you can’t use them? What is expiry date? it’s not a huge amount of cash, if this vaccine works out I suppose I’ll be more keen to travel I guess.0 -
If Easyjet cancelled then refunds were always available...initially you had to phone for one (my flights end March took 3 weeks to get through to them on the phone but refunds followed within a couple of days)Birdman2015 said:Cash refunds weren’t available at the time the flight was cancelled.0 -
As above cash refunds were always available either showed on your account or if cancelled early on you had to phone up0
