Best Children's Saving Accounts - First Time Accounts

Currently in process of applying for 2 child's bank accounts with Natwest, not happy with service actually getting the accounts open. (been around 7 weeks)

Can anyone recommend which banks/building society's are good, in case I decide to cancel the applications due to lack of progress?

Had no problems opening our children's Lloyds accounts completely online (already had adult online banking with them) during the first covid lockdown. Only took about 48 hours. Very handy for depositing photos of the children's small cheques via the app.

Is that the children's account that Natwest have paying a measly 0.35%?
