Damp coming through main roof!

Hello all,
Was up in the loft during a bit of rain, and noticed a little bit of damp coming through. It appears to have been dripping in very wet weather, but most of it is just sticking to the inside of the tiles.
My first concern is safety, as there are electronics up there. If anyone could view and comment as to what the best solution would be, that would be most appreciated.

This is typical of an old tiled roof, from days before a waterproof membrane was routinely used under the tiles.
From my experience the damp patches on my old tiled roof occurred where there was a build up of moss on the outside of the tiles.0 -

Thanks. Looking at the surveyors report from 5 years back, it seems like it was an existing problem already. Time to get it sorted.

Hmm.. the reason for having a survey done is so that you identify and resolve any issues that need fixing. 5 years is a long time to ignore....
