Flexible Furlough Question

Hi
I am a Company Director and employee of my own company and see that a 'flexible' Furlough scheme was introduced on July 1st 2020
I usually work a 40 hour week but since the slowdown in business due to Covid 19 I have been working no more than 10 hours per week
I originally furloughed myself at the beginning of the scheme for three weeks during the March/April period and then came off it because I did start working again albeit not fulltime
I wasn't aware of the flexible furlough scheme until now so can I claim from July 1st onwards for the hours I haven't worked? ....
I see that claims for the period July to October have to be in by 30th November
Thank you in advance

You can claim for the months that are still open, I think that only September and October are still open now though?
You need to have flexible furlough agreement in place with yourself, but I am sure as a company director you will have done that at the relevant time
Also the new furlough scheme is flexible, so look at doing that for November to March, just make sure you keep your paperwork in order.0 -
I wasn't aware of the flexible furlough scheme until now .
