Ticket from Highview Parking

Hi, I just received a parking ticket from Highview Parking and would like to appeal it. I have successfully used letters here in the past but can't seem to find the relevant one to use for this ticket. There is so much information it can be confusing.
Would anyone be kind enough to please direct me to the relevant template letter to send to them.

The blue text template from the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , appealing as keeper , if your details are on the V5C log book (not a hire , lease or company vehicle)
No blabbing about who was driving

First thing to do is complain. Such as if your were shopping and have proof of purchase.Danny30 said:Hi, I just received a parking ticket from Highview Parking and would like to appeal it. I have seen the blue writing letter but it is very short and seems to be a windscreen ticket letter. I thought if I can remember correctly that the letter had 2 pages of legalities and disputes?Redx said:The blue text template from the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , appealing as keeper , if your details are on the V5C log book (not a hire , lease or company vehicle)

No, and Highview will cancel when they see it.
Just do what the NEWBIES thread says - and no asking us which box to tick...(NOTHING ABOUT 'DO I TICK THE BOX SAYING I WAS THE DRIVER OR I WASN'T?') please! That is obvious and the NEWBIES thread makes it crystal clear.
Highview cases are a cinch. You could not ask for an easier one! You didn't even need a thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD1 -
You are overthinking it with the easiest company to beat as keeper , pointless asking for advice if you are not going to follow itDanny30 said:

Complain as keeper to the management of the retail park , plan A , no blabbing about who was driving , use the royal WE , as in WE visited your retail park blah blah
As for the appeal , just do as you are told , no arguing with those who kindly reply free of charge and who give you specific instructions
Your reply should have been
Thank you Redx , I will do that straightaway3 -

I wasn't arguing or disagreeing with anyone. I just asked a question and wanted to clarify that I didn't make a mistake with the wrong template so am not sure why you think otherwise.
Anyway, thank you to all for the replies. I have sent over the letter via their online form and I will await their response.1 -
Good
There is only ONE blue text template , one size fits all (unless it's a hire or lease or company vehicle)
A Popla appeal is much longer , but you are not at the Popla stage yet4
