This gazeal lark sounds like a total waste of time. £500 for a pointless reservation period. Wouldn’t have got involved in the first place and definitely wouldn’t be signing any extension.

They were insistent on it. Although we were proceedable with a solid chain below they weren’t going to accept our (fairly generous) offer without it.
