Furlough - Change of contract

During the first lockdown I was on furlough for my 39hr contract, since September I have dropped to a 20hr contract. Will I get the same furlough pay as in the first lockdown or 80% of my current 20hr contract.
(Side note: my first pay on the 20hr contract was incorrect and I was underpaid - this was amended in my pay the next month on 31st of October. I’ve read a few bits about the furlough pay being calculated from the last pay period before the 30th Oct?)

Your furlough pay will be calculated on your current contract of 20 hours.

Thanks! Will this be on my actual contracted hours or my last pay packet before the 30th Oct?MattMattMattUK said:Your furlough pay will be calculated on your current contract of 20 hours.0 -
It should be on your contracted hours as those would be your "regular pay". What does your new furlough agreement say?dowlingncd said:

As you were furloughed/eligible under the original CJRS, I think your reference salary is based on the original CJRS rules. See
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/calculate-how-much-you-can-claim-using-the-coronavirus-job-retention-scheme#work-out-80-of-your-employees-usual-wage
That does not mean you get paid that amount, but if you receive less, that then means your employer cannot make a claim under CJRS.1
