My daughter has recently been successful in claiming for excessive charges and misselling of payment protection insurance on her halifax credit card.
My question is...will halifax calculate the interest added to her account as a result of these charges accumulating and refund this or do they just calculate interest on the cost of the initial premiums. Is she entitled to compensation for the additional debt attached to the account by accrual of these charges.
