Scooter has now moved. He can be found at Urban Outfitters, MandMDirect and Missguided. Unsure of the last two places, so if anyone knows I'd be very grateful.

Just wondering. If I spot a squid at all 5 locations and he gets away 5 times <sigh>, am I wasting my time if I continue going around the five. I mean, is that it until he/she comes out shopping again?

Once you've found one at a certain location, they won't appear again at that one.
