Game Rules
How to play
1. Click on any of the squids to see hints on where you can find them.
2. You are guaranteed to catch some squids if you make a purchase at a certain retailer within the given time frame. If you do not want to make a purchase, you still have a chance of capturing the squid at 5 different retailers.
3. Once you're on the correct retailer page, you will be presented with a pop-up. Tap on the pop-up for a chance to capture the squid - it's not a game of speed, so don't worry about how long it takes you to tap. You will then see another message confirming whether you have captured the squid.
If you make a purchase at the specified retailer, the squid will appear on your game homepage once your purchase has been tracked. This can sometimes take up to 24 hours.*Squids are hiding on multiple pages and they like to move around. Keep solving the hints and you might just get lucky and capture one!
The Story
Aboard The Flying Calamari, Captain Squidco took the crew on a treasure hunt. After a long, treacherous journey, they finally docked at a lonely island. Guided by Scooter and his shabby map, Squidco and his hearties came across a dark cave. “It’s here, this is where the treasure is buried” claimed Scooter.
Searching high and low, they found no treasure. The only evidence left was a hand-written note, mocking them, they were too late. Uncle Kraken shouted “Someone has beaten us to it” In a fit of rage, Uncle Kraken unleashed his fury on the ship, tearing apart The Flying Calamari.
With much of the ship now in pieces, there was only one way off the island. Swim. The squids were beside themselves, except Jentacle, who offered a glimmer of hope “Cheer up, Christmas is nearly here”
As the crew plunged into the sea, they soon got lost, dazed and confused. The squids must make it home for Christmas, help us find all 15 of the missing crew and look for the rewards along the way!
