Refunds for non-delivery of goods

Options
Can anyone tell me how to get a refund for courier parcels not delivered. The company insist it's been delivered but can provide no proof at all. PayPal have also insisted that we have rec'd it. No-one believes us when we say it haven't. Any advice would be helpful!

What evidence are the supplier giving to prove delivery? If goods have been delivered to doorstep and left then they may well have been stolen. Who was the courier? (I can guess).

Until goods come into physical possession of the purchaser (i.e. someone at the nominated address, or delivered to a nominated "safe place") then they remain at the seller's risk. Unfortunately as you paid by Paypal then you're dependent on them agreeing with you - hence the evidence request above.

It would be down to the sender to request the delivery info.
