Hi, Hope everyone's doing OK!
Just looking for some advice please
I had a letter in October last month of 2020 from personal independence payments.
saying it's been extended until 4 October 2021 because of the covid 19.
Today i get a review letter to fill out for my new claim? has to be sent back by december the 3rd!
so i'm little confused now.
Thanks
Mark.

Even though your award has been extended this doesn't mean your review date has also been changed. The letter should also say that if a review form is received then it will need to be filled in and returned (mine said exactly the same) So yes, i'm afraid you will need to fill out the form with as much information as possible and return it with all your evidence. A 14 day extension can be given if you ring DWP to ask.

Never ever leave a question blank if it applies to you. You need to treat this as a new claim and put as much relevant information as possible. If there's no change then tell them but also tell them exactly how your conditions affect you.

How did you're claim go?0 -
No problem. I claim standard daily living and Enhanced mobility. My daughter claims Enhanced for both parts. My award was extended to January 2022 and my daughters to November 2021.I could receive both forms at anytime..3
