Yesterday I got a PCN from DRP for parking in a Euro car parks place. It doesnt specify what I did, just that P&D bought did not cover the time and date of parking.
I checked the ticket I paid as I paid on my phone and I checked google maps for that day as it tracks where I go and it seems I overstayed in the car park for 11 mins.
I have missed the appeals part as this happened in August and only having a letter reaching me now as the address registered on my car was my old one. I have just changed that now.
I have been reading the forum and have read the newbies part but a lot of that is from 2013-14. Is it still relevant?
Do I just ignore the letter from DRP? Do I send the template letter to ECP as a complaint to see if they can just cancel it?
