Airline Refund

I had flights booked with TAP Air Portugal in August that were cancelled in July by them. I requested a cash refund which was approved and is currently in their system to be processed. It has been "being processed" for quite some time now. How can I get them to actually refund me? I have called them numerous times. The flights were booked using my credit card.
