What to do with flat sale???

I am in a similar situation but have decided to wait until the spring and put it on again then. I will go back on with a view to a price reduction then but I didn’t want to be the listing on Rightmove that has been on for months when there is already a dwindling pool of buyers now due to the restrictions and the time of year. Not to mention the current backlog of transactions, solicitors etc and realisation that they may not complete in time for the stamp duty deadline.I have seen similar properties to mine make price drops and they still haven’t sold. It is such an unusual time it is hard to predict what will happen either way, but with news of a vaccine on the horizon and hopefully the end of lockdowns next year I feel I’d have a better chance then.0

Scotbot said:March coincides with the SDLT holiday review. God knows what will happen but I wouldn't bet the farm on the market picking up. I would drop the price now as much as you can afford, only 3 viewings is a good indicator it is too high. This will either work or not, if not you can review in the spring. Prices on flats will probably fall and very unlikely to go up so no point in waiting0
