I have just sold and have no idea when any of that stuff happened. All I know is I accepted an offer and instructed a lawyer. 4 weeks later the missives were concluded and I was invited into the office to sign the paperwork and handover the keys.0

Does indemnity policy take that long? Our solicitors told us we need to get one due to limited title and even sent us the quotes, now it’s worrying me that it could take a long time to getCaramac said:It’s basically an impossible question to answer.
