Mint cards, I've received an offer 'til April 06

Mint sent me a 0% BT offer through the post the other day and I have a question about it...
The cover letter says that there is a 2% fee for BT's, ans does the little booklet summarising the terms and c's - However...
The application fors, and attached Ts&Cs doesn't mention a 2% fee and explicitly says about the BT's box that there are NO fees to pay!
Have I been sent the wrong form, and should I take advantage of it - being sure to photocopy the form before sending it?
Which set of conditions take precident - the overall Ts&Cs or the ones on the form that I sign - your advice would be appreciated
I'm very tempted!

Was the letter personally addressed to you?
My personal interpretation is that the form you sign on is what you have agreed to. Good idea to have a back up of a photocopy. If they want to change things, you should get 30 days advance written notification.
However, it could work either way - for instance, recently agreed to an M & S Credit card - but the paperwork said 6 months, but it is actually 9 months.0 -
