One of the judges in the cases above awarded Keep Calm costs for unreasonable behaviour against VCS. I think that they see a lot of claims from VCS and Excel in Derby.

I have not read the cases all the way through just the judgments but it would be interesting to see what the landowner authority looked like in these cases. The business rates indicate that the premises and car park are owned by the same landowner.
