Paragon Bank - have set up a single account, can I set up a joint account from within the login?

Hi, I created a single (fixed rate) account with Paragon and funded it, all good.  I want to set up (additionally) a joint 'easy access' account now.
While logged in to online banking, it gave me the option to create a new account, but only as single.
I can go through the application for a joint account while not logged in, but worried that will create 2 sets of records and logins for me which isn't really what I want unless that is the proper way to do it! (I thought with a joint account that each person would have their own login and have the account visible in both)

Sorry, it may be a noob question but although I've a lot of experience managing money in general, I've never done a joint account!

Okay, I didn't get any responses here so contacted Paragon Bank and this is the response I got (paraphrased by me but accurately reflects the reply). Just adding this in case it's useful for future searchers!

There's no way to do it while logged in, but I can create an individual account while logged in and then download a form from within the "change account details" screen to add an additional account holder. This is a PDF that needs to be printed, filled in then posted out to Paragon for processing.
Or I could do it online without being logged in, but that would generate a new set of login details for myself (additional to my existing login for my individual accounts) and I would then have to contact Paragon to get them to 'merge' the logins.
