Parking fine

I have recieved a fine for parking in kings chase shopping centre.at the time the parking was declared free due to corona virus.there was nothing to say that on this occasion that it had reverted back to having to pay for parking.

Maybe the ticket was just an observation of how well you parked. As in 'Parking, fine'
