When did you start trading as a taxi driver?
Were you eligible for SEISS 1&2?
If so, I would interpret a reasonable expectation that profits will now be impacted because of events in the period Nov-Dec-Jan and therefore eligible for SEISS 3. It is clear that instructions to "stay at home" will reduce demand for a taxi driver, which gives you the reasonable belief.
This won't help with BBLS, but will be better in a way as SEISS does not need to be repaid unlike BBLS.0
