How to get my refund from parking eye

I appealed a fine that I had paid and parkingeye emailed on 22nd Sep to say they upheld my appeal and woukd send me my £60 by cheque. To date I've not received this. How can I pursue them for this money?

Assuming you tried to contact them by letter/e-mail and received no response, you could try sending a letter before action and threaten them with a dose of their own medicine!1

You just email them at info@parkingeye.co.uk and quote the zzzzzz/zzzzzz PCN number.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
