Card Payment taken out by Car warranty company

Last week, my extended car warranty company MotorEasy took the last payment out of my credit card even I sent them email and a message through their website complain portal that I do not authorise the last payment and do not take the last payment out of the policy because they refused the claim. I made a contact to Card company and told them, I do not allow that payment but on 5th Nov, the payment left my account. I contacted my credit card company and sent me a claim form which was nearly 15 pages long and I am still waiting when that money will be returned to me. What other actions, I should take against MotorEasy because they took the money without my permission and eventually I will ask them to return me the whole money, I do not think they have any intention to serve then customers, they just refuse the claim for one reason to another and just selling their extended car warranty policies.

Was it a monthly contract that you could cancel early, or were there still payments owing? When did you try to cancel the payment with your card company?0

I will reply - If it was a monthly contract it is possible that a month's notice was required before the payments stopped.
Let's see what turns up next.0 -
A cancelled CPA should be done over the phone.
But you may find the warranty co has a right to that amount depending on the T/C, so while you may get it back via the CC. You could be chased via other means for payment.
On what basis are you hoping to get the whole amount back? As them refusing a claim is not a valid reason.Life in the slow lane1
