    Yeah that situation would be fine, I wouldn't lose much. I think the consensus here is that the language doesn't specifically include - we will claw it back if you hand in your notice - they probably won't do it, which is the situation I was really worried about :neutral:

    Depending on the amount involved, what's wrong with getting proper legal advice based on sight of the whole contract?

    I contacted a local employment law firm, they basically said, you can find this on the internet and you don't need us. Just not interested I guess.
