B and Q delivery complaint

please could someone advise. I have contacted B and Q today for the hundredth time to lodge a complaint and have been told that there is so formal channel to do this. I purchased a fridge freezer in June along with a new kitchen from them and they failed to make delivery in August and again two weeks ago. I have escalated to everyone that I can including head office and no one has bothered to reply or contact me back on any occasion. The store has even tried to escalate on my behalf. To say I am disgusted is an understatement. Please could someone help. Thanks in advance.

What is the resolution you now want?

If you still want the FF from them then you just have to play their waiting game. If you no longer want it then you can cancel the order with them and ask for a refund, if they refuse or ignore you then either go through your payment provider (depending on how you paid), or issue a letter before action and issue a court claim against them.
