PayPal account frozen

Hello
I have a PayPal account -mainly used by my daughter to sell some clothes , during lockdown has sold more maybe £400 total max in last 6 months - my account was frozen on 14th October with about £250 credit in account which I had stored up for Christmas .
I have messaged/ emailed/ sent dm on Twitter with no luck - usually have circular conversation with a computer 😡
It says suspicious activity is reason but they are not specific and I don’t know what else to do
Do you have any ideas ?

Just keep monitoring it and contact them regularly for updates. They won't unfreeze it until their investigation is complete.1

I should telephone them - you will get through to a human being. If you can still log in, you can get the free 0800 number from the website, otherwise their number is 020 3901 7000
