Ingram Micro or LeNovo scam?

Hello all
Not sure if this is the right place but grateful for any help. DPD arrived with a collection envelope which apparently I was to put a phone in. I haven't requested any collection. My name was mispelled and my phone number was almost but not quite right (on the label). I took a photo of the label and tried to contact Ingram Micro in Norwich who apparently requested the collection. Their phone number goes to a mailbox which is full and their email address bounces back. I rang Ingram Micro elsewhere who said they used to have a branch in Norwich but the 'account number' on the label wasn't recognised by their system. This is obviously a scam of some sort. I've checked my credit report & there are no searches or accounts I don't recognise. Any help or insight would be gratefully received! Thank you.
