Hi, this is my first EVER forum post ANYWHERE, so forgive any errors.
Our holiday was booked through Loveholidays [LH] with flights booked via British Airways [BA]. We had our refund for hotel and bits months ago from LH, but even though we requested a full refund for flights from BA months ago, they still have not refunded LH, who in turn have not refunded us.
It is disgraceful practice from BA, but is anyone else in the same situation as us?
Thank you

If you booked a package the "Disgraceful Practice" should be attributed to Love Holidays as they are responsible for refunding your Flight Element -not BA.

my BA refund (booked direct) was through within 3 days
Maybe LoveHolidays delayed requesting the refund (they are the airline's customer not you so the request needs to come from them), maybe they have received the refund and have not got round to passing it on to you (there seems to be various horror stories about them)

If you booked the flights direct through BA (your post is ambiguous on this point), then just do a chargeback or S75 with your card provider.
You omit the most crucial info though. What date was departure due, and was the flight, accom or both cancelled?

Most airlines are refunding agents a lot slower than they are refunding their direct customers.

The problem for the agents is, without the money, they can't refund all the customers. The cash simply isn't there in the business.

Chicken or egg situation really. If you paid by card, and depending what exactly you purchased from who, you may have recourse via chargeback/Section 75.
