Can you be furloughed while on sick leave for work related stress?

I am currently on sick leave (full pay as per company handbook) for work related stress. I have never been furloughed before can they decide to furlough me now and cut my wages to 80%? And what happens if I don't agree.

Contract applies so whatever your handbook says (full pay) but they can offer furlough and get 80% back.Have they offered less than 100%?
- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
- When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
- "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere
