£200 - Monthly cost for a good account for a small business OK?

I only recently joined the board - but I was literally coming on the forum to ask a similar question. I've been quoted £120 per month + VAT for monthly accounts, self assessment completion, vat returns, and end of year accounts. Seems thats the ballpark figure although I have found some 'online app' only firms who are charging about £75 + VAT. 
My business is very new and about as small as it could possibly be at the moment ;-)
I don't have any personal relationships with accountants so I guess I'm asking how do you decide who do go with if they offer the same services? I guess its just online reviews and gut....?
