New car faults

Hi everyone,
I got a new Renault Koleos on the 3rd of March this year
Since then I have had it in for 3 separate problems, the last of which it went in for in September was a warning light for the airbags. They could not guarantee the airbags would deploy in the event of an accident, or that they wouldn't deploy at some random time while driving.
The problem had started to appear in July, but because of the lockdown it was impossible to get it to the dealership. I refused to drive the car once I was given the fault diagnosis, as I won't accept the liability,
Renault say the part is on back order and cannot tell me when the part will be available.
So my question is, do Renault have any obligation to replace the car if they cannot fix it within a reasonable period of time?It has been off the road for 13 weeks since it was first registered in March of this year.
