Lastminute - again!

No advance with my issues with lastminute, but a couple of pieces of news today.
Firstly, the chief executive of LM was in the Financial Times complaining about airlines not refunding money for cancelled tickets. That doesn’t explain why they’ve shut down all means of communication and won’t tell anyone what point their refund is at.
Secondly they’ve sent me an email, offering to sell vouchers for London experiences for Christmas. I reckon many people have had enough of vouchers to last a lifetime, without paying out for more.

The only way to deal with them is Chargeback (if eligible) which by passes their spurious refund fees and get's all your money back rapidly - if you are with the right provider.0
